Anger
God made man and woman very different, socially, emotionally, and of course physically. In a society where gender lines are blurred, men acting like women and vice versa, all the other lines have become invisible. Ephesians 4:26, "Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:". Getting angry is not a sin its how you handle that anger. Women, as I've already stated, we are emotional. It's no surprise that sometimes we get so overwhelmed we get snippy, but it doesn't have to be that way. I have an anger problem, it stems from the example my dad had laid on handling things when you get angry. I went to counselling with my pastor about how to handle this problem. It was so simple, "Don't get mad at the person get mad at the problem", I have been doing this and it really helps with relationships and life in general. Mothers, wives, and young teens have the tired-rage, this is when a woman has been pushed over her limit and is now ready to burst because all she wants is sleep and relaxation! But thats almost impossible with kids hanging on you and everything else that comes with the duties of a wife/mother. Babysitters also feel the pressure with young ones. But, we need to be in control. The book of Proverbs talks about our manner of life, Proverbs 16:32, "He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a a city." Self-control, being gracious (Proverbs 11:16, "A gracious woman retaineth honour: and strong men retain riches."). Let God take full control, He is Able!
